Feedback can be created for a whole process map, single activity, document, or weblink. To leave feedback, users can simply tap the feedback button, write a comment, and attach it where relevant.
The owner of the process will receive an instant notification that feedback has been submitted, with the ability to reply directly or assign the feedback to another team member, thus creating a new workflow task.
