How the OpenAI integration works
SmartFlow sends the information you provide to OpenAI for analysis. This may include a process title and objective, an existing ProcessPro process or content from an uploaded document.
Depending on the SmartFlow tool you select, it can return:

Start with the process information you already have
You can enter a process title and objective when nothing has been documented yet. SmartFlow will suggest a starting structure based on the information provided.
You can also upload a supported document containing process information. SmartFlow can identify activities, tasks, roles and supporting details and use them to create a draft process.
The quality of the result depends on the quality of the input. Clear objectives and current source information produce a more useful starting point.
Keep people in control
AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Someone who understands the process should check the sequence, roles, decisions and supporting information before publication.
SmartFlow suggestions do not change a process automatically. Your team chooses which recommendations to apply.
