Report and Exception Management
ProcessPro offers several types of reports that provide insights across the organization. Access to reports is permission-based, meaning users with the appropriate permissions—not just administrators—can generate and view them.
The Process List Report is highly flexible, with no required fields, allowing users to apply custom filters. These filters can be saved and shared with other administrators for consistency.
Approval Activities within processes can be categorized as static, approval, automated task, or database update. Activities marked as “approval” are visually highlighted in gold on the process map. The Approval Activities Report gathers all steps requiring authorization, making it easier to manage outstanding approvals. These approvals are separate from multi-approver publishing settings.
