Multi-Company
The Multi-Company feature in ProcessPro allows administrators to create and manage multiple companies within a single account. Whether you’re separating business units, creating a training sandbox, or managing regional entities, this feature provides the flexibility to segment environments without needing multiple logins or subscriptions.
Each company operates as its own workspace, with its own set of users, processes, and AI usage limits—all allocated from the main company. Administrators with the “View Global Company List” permission can create, manage, and delete additional companies, as well as control how resources are distributed across them.
This structure is ideal for organizations that need isolated environments for testing, training, or managing distinct teams or subsidiaries. It also supports stronger governance and cleaner process ownership across different areas of the business.
