Activities
Activities are the building blocks of any process maps in ProcessPro. Each one represents a step in the overall process and is displayed both visually and with written instructions. Activities answer the question:
“What needs to happen?”
You can choose from different activity types, such as user-driven or automated. Assigning roles ensures everyone is clear on their responsibilities throughout of the process.
What you can do with activities:
Break down activities into tasks
Add notes to highlight exceptions and warnings
Include attachments such as images and videos
Request input from both internal and external users
